AfriVisa Terms of Use

1. Who we are
1.1 AfriVisa is a brand operated by Launch Falcon FZE-LLC ("we", "us" or "our"). You are "you".
1.2 Our details are: Legal name: Launch Falcon FZE-LLC. Registered address: Compass Building, Al Shohada Road, Al Hamra Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. Licence number: [to be provided] — To be confirmed. Licensing authority: [to be provided] — To be confirmed. Tax registration number: [to be provided, if registered] — To be confirmed. Email: [to be provided] — To be confirmed. Telephone: [to be provided] — To be confirmed. Website: [final domain to be provided] — To be confirmed.
1.3 AfriVisa is an independent information service. We are not a government, embassy, consulate, immigration authority, law firm, immigration adviser or visa agent. We have no connection with any government unless we clearly say so.
1.4 We do not submit applications, take official visa fees or act for you with any authority. You apply and pay official fees only through the official channel for your destination.

2. Accepting these Terms
2.1 These Terms apply when you use the AfriVisa website, app or any related service (the "Service"). By using the Service or buying a paid product, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2.2 You must be at least [18] — To be confirmed years old and legally able to enter a contract. A parent or guardian may complete a check for a minor and is responsible for it.
2.3 If you use the Service for a company, agency or client, you confirm that you may bind that organisation and may share any client information you enter.
2.4 We may change these Terms to reflect changes in law, our Service or our business. We will post the new version with its effective date. Where a change materially affects you, we will give reasonable notice where we can. Changes do not affect a purchase you have already made.

3. The Service
3.1 The Service includes destination guides, readiness checks known as Rejection Shield, official portal status information, country alerts, paid reports and agency packs.
3.2 Coverage varies by country, route and nationality. All 54 African destinations are listed, but the depth of information differs. Each page shows its status. A status of "Review pending" means that a rule has been taken from a cited source but has not completed our editorial review.
3.3 A readiness check compares your answers with the rules we hold for that route. It relies on what you tell us. We do not inspect your documents, and we do not check that your answers are true.
3.4 A "Ready" result means only that your answers matched the rules we check on that date. It does not mean that your application is complete, or that a visa will be issued or entry allowed.
3.5 Portal status shows only whether an official web address responded to an automated request. It does not show that applications, sign-in or payments are working.
3.6 Alerts are provided for convenience. We may miss a change, and you should not rely on alerts alone.
3.7 Optional passport and photo checks run in your browser. The images and passport details are not uploaded to us, and only the outcome is sent. These checks test format and consistency only. They do not show that a passport is genuine or that a photo will be accepted.
3.8 We may add, change, pause or withdraw any part of the Service, including where rules change or need review. Clause 7 applies if this affects a paid product.

4. No legal advice and no guarantee
4.1 The Service provides general information only. It is not legal or immigration advice, and using it does not create an adviser relationship with us.
4.2 Immigration authorities alone decide whether to grant a visa or allow entry. We do not guarantee any visa, approval, processing time, fee or entry, and we cannot influence any decision.
4.3 Visa rules can change without notice, and official sources can be incomplete or inconsistent. We work to keep information accurate, but it may be out of date or incomplete when you read it.

5. Your responsibilities
5.1 You agree to give true and complete answers, and you are responsible for the choices you make.
5.2 Before you apply, pay or travel, you must confirm all requirements with the official source for your destination.
5.3 You are responsible for your application, documents, travel arrangements, insurance and any health or entry conditions.
5.4 Do not send us passport copies, passport numbers, card details or other sensitive documents through a contact or error form.

6. Prices and payment

6.3 Our charges are separate from official visa fees. Official fees are paid only to the authority or its official channel, and we cannot refund them.
6.4 Payments are taken by a third-party payment provider. We do not receive or store your full card number. We will issue an electronic invoice or receipt for each purchase.
6.5 A report is delivered digitally when payment is confirmed. It reflects your answers and our rules on that date. We do not update a report after it is delivered.
6.6 Agency credits are for your organisation's own clients and may not be resold. Credits expire [12] — To be confirmed months after purchase.

7.2 We will also refund you if we charged you in error, or if we could not deliver a paid product and cannot fix this within a reasonable time.
7.3 No refund applies simply because a visa was refused or delayed, or because your circumstances or plans changed. Those decisions belong to the immigration authority or to you.
7.4 Refunds go back to the original payment method, where possible, within [14] — To be confirmed days of approval.
7.5 If we withdraw a paid product you have not used, we will refund unused agency credits on a pro rata basis.

13.2 Subject to clause 13.1, we are not liable for losses caused by: a decision of an immigration authority, airline or border officer; flights, hotels, visa fees or other travel costs you choose to pay; false or incomplete information you gave us; a change in rules after the date of your check or report; or events beyond our reasonable control, including a failure of a government portal.
